I’ve been really enjoying all the add-ins because I can make my drink just the way I like it. I’m kind of picky about my drinks, especially depending on the time of day or what I’m eating with it, so having so many options is great. It always ends up tasting perfect for me.

"Staff is always so nice tbh"
I’ve stopped by Twisted Sugar a few times now and the staff has been super friendly every single time. They always say hi right away and never make me feel rushed, even when there’s a line. One girl helped me decide on a cookie and was so patient with me lol. Overall just a really good vibe

"Quick service, but not perfect"
I was surprised by how fast my order came out. The line moved quickly too, so I only waited a few minutes, which was nice. The experience was smooth overall, though it did feel a little rushed and not especially friendly. Still, I was happy I didn’t have to stand around long.

"Pretty good lately, but still a little hit or miss"
I’ve tried a bunch of the flavors, and there are definitely plenty to choose from. The last couple I had were actually really good, so I’m feeling more positive about it right now, but overall it can still be kind of hit or miss. Some of the flavors end up tasting similar to each other.

"Store didn’t seem that clean"
I do like the cookies, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the store I went to just didn’t feel very clean. There were crumbs all over the floor, and a couple of the tables looked sticky, like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while.

The staff was nice enough, which made me wonder if I was overthinking it, but it still kind of put me off. I didn’t really feel like sitting there, and I’m not sure I’d rush back to that location anytime soon.

"Cozy little spot with a fun vibe"
I stopped in for a bit and really liked the atmosphere. The place felt cozy and fun without being too loud, which made it easy to actually relax and enjoy sitting there. The colors were cute, and whatever they had going on with the smell made the whole place feel really inviting. It was busy when I went, so a few tables were a little messy, but overall I had a good experience and would definitely pop back in

I ordered from Twisted Sugar the cookies were so good. They were soft in the middle without being doughy, and the edges had this nice little chew to them. They didn’t taste dry or crumbly at all, which I really appreciated. They still felt fresh when they arrived, too. I’d definitely order again...

"Fresh, chewy cookies that hit the spot"
I tried these cookies and they tasted really fresh. The frosted ones were my favorite, super soft, chewy, and just had that “fresh-baked” feel. A couple of the flavors were a bit too sweet for me, but they were still really good overall. I’d definitely order again when I’m in a “cookie craving” mood.

I ordered a few cookies and drinks for pickup, and I’ll admit I kind of assumed something small would be off because that happens a lot with online orders. But everything matched exactly what I picked, down to the flavors, add-ons, and little notes.

I figured I might have to check the bag or ask about a missing drink, but nope, it was all there and ready when I got there. No random swaps, no confusion, nothing annoying.

Pretty happy with it overall. It was simple, accurate, and that’s all I was hoping for.

"Online ordering was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I ordered cookies online for pickup the whole process felt like too many steps for something that should’ve been simple. The site let me choose a pickup time, but when I showed up, my order still wasn’t ready and the staff seemed a little confused about it.
The cookies were fine, nothing terrible, but also not really worth the extra hassle. I never got a clear email update either, so I ended up having to call just to figure out what was going on. If I go back, I’d probably just order in person.

"Good Cookies, but the Wait Gets Old"
I’ve been to a few Twisted Sugar locations now, it’s consistent every time. The cookies always taste the same, and the staff is usually nice, which I appreciate. My only frustration is when the wait is longer than expected, especially when I’m just trying to grab a quick treat and go. Still, it’s nice knowing what you’re getting each time...

The staff helped me out and were nice about everything. It did take a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying at first, but they handled it well so I can’t really complain too much
